Founder/President of Metropolitan Title LLC, Metropolitan Escrow & Title LLC earned a Juris Doctor from The American University, Washington College of Law in 1983. Jim was licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1983 and in the State of Maryland in 1984. The Texas operations; commenced in 2005.

Stephane Purvis Director of Business Development Stephanie comes to Metropolitan Title LLC after 5 years experience as an Account Executive in the Title Industry . She is also very experienced in Purchase and Refinance Real Estate closings. Stephanie also previously helped her husband, John with his Real Estate Business. He is a 3rd generation REALTOR in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.

Kiernan joined the company in the summer of 1988 working part time as a legal assistant while attending George Mason University. Having worked for an estate lawyer in Alexandria , VA for a short stint, she was eager to dive into something more fast paced. After graduating, she accepted a full time position as a transaction settlement coordinator and has been assisting Jim Mitchell in all aspects

Noelia Moreno Figueroa National / VP Pennsylvania Operations Noelia joined Metropolitan Title in February of 1999, just a few months after graduating from Law School. Her primary function as VP Pennsylvania Operations is to manage and grow new client relationships in our Pennsylvania office. She is currently a licensed Settlement Agent in 12 states and conducts closings in both English and Spanish.
