Noelia Moreno Figueroa National / VP Pennsylvania Operations Noelia joined Metropolitan Title in February of 1999, just a few months after graduating from Law School. Her primary function as VP Pennsylvania Operations is to manage and grow new client relationships in our Pennsylvania office. She is currently a licensed Settlement Agent in 12 states and conducts closings in both English and Spanish. Noelia also manages the company Post-Closing/Funding Department, facilitates company audits and oversees the national accounts reconciliations and online banking systems. Noelia’s years with Metropolitan have always been steeped in going the extra mile on behalf of clients and customers alike.
